Endless Flowers Forever

Through impossible hues of flowers, my shaking head is visible

Its impossible, its just not possible to be like this again.

My feet fly towards you. My head and heart, stone.

Where are you? I have

no idea.

Yet I fly to you like a sphynx, the moon is my mother

and I haven’t been able to

stop laughing since I dropped my old face and picked

up my child’s smile.

No one’s seen it before you know,

its the one with teeth. I gave it away to you

and now I forgot what it was like. I’m rummaging the trunk for a new one.

Distracted by myself at the age of six, now an older age begins.

I remember rejecting a girl at twelve, furiously ashamed because

I only wanted a friend. Afraid I would always be without myself.

That story gave you the courage later on to be honest.

Look now, the sun!

Let me turn my face towards it, phototropic love

one more time. One more time, where was that sun within?

I’ll find it, its closer than I thought.
