#1 Gift Certificates

Let your customers give the gift of your events, shows, and classes.

Gift certificates are built right into Dojour.

Sell them in any amount (or let your customers choose), and they can be redeemed right during checkout. Depending on the balance, we’ll have them pay the difference or save the remaining amount for a future date.

#2 Refund as Credit

Another way to keep happy customers is to be flexible in your refund policy.

Again, with Dojour this is built-in and stress-free. The system will simply issue a unique credit voucher, so they can book whatever they want.

No need for funky accounting, weird disclaimers, or limiting them to something of equal or lesser value.

We keep the cost of Dojour very simple — it only costs money when you use our ticketing service. Free events are always free.

We’re also among the industry lows in cost. All in (including credit card transactions) Dojour is 3.5% + $1 per ticket.
