I am a sucker for love.

If I receive even an iota of love, I become the happiest woman on Earth. My heart sings in joy and I skip through my day with an energy, which would have been otherwise missing.

I have noticed some of my friends who shy away from love. They stay far away from any kind of attention and show of care. I am always left surprised by such an attitude. Why would anyone show apathy towards compassion? What could be the reason? If someone wants to show love, my mantra is to hug it close to my heart.

When people want to come close to you and displays love, allow them to do so. Love is so rare these days and it’s all the more better that we get our daily shot of love for the adrenaline rush in our lives. What is a life if it is not surrounded by the magic of love?

To give love and to receive love is a gift; something we shouldn’t avoid at any cost.
