How am I down 3 pounds?

Well I am down 3 Pounds I am watching what I eat all things trying to stay as healthy as I know still watching calories and using smaller portions, I am trying to stay under 1500 calories a day. I also started to walk no less than 6000 steps a day. It feels good to be doing something for me. I started slow but I am learning new things daily. Like exercise is important for everyone, not just me, Liz needs to exercise to.

Liz gets winded easily at 11 which means she needs to work on those lung muscles too and there is no time like the present to get started together. This will be the hard part for me. Like every person, she really thinks she gets enough activity when in reality she really doesn’t. I am hoping to start slow with both of us in hopes of her taking off with it as she grows. I am not really sure how this will work, if you the reader has any ideas please let me know in the comments section.
