But right after I started working, I realized, it was not exactly what I imagined it would be. Definitely I learned a lot that I dint know when I was in college.But, the learning process was hard as it was a trial and error strategy. So it took me a while to figure out things.

This post is to prep you on what to expect when you start working right after college.

Also because you made a mistake, don’t feel insecure. As a beginner, everyone would make mistakes.

10. Do not stop Learning.
Once you got a job, that’s not an end to education. You need to make efforts to keep learning and stay up to date with your industry trends. Continue to do self study, observe your colleagues and bosses to know, what and how they do things. You need to be able to adapt yourself as per the emerging trends. However, Learning should be lifelong habit.

Enough said! Remember that this post is not intended to freak you out, but rather make you aware of the initial stages of work life, so you can prepare yourself to face the challenges and keep moving forward. Also you are not alone in this, as everyone goes through this phase.

You wont be stuck here for long. The fact that you have read till now, shows that you trying hard and hard work always pays off. So don’t let anyone tame you!
