The probabilistic blindness

Let your mind and heart read this piece carefully, it is important to learn the expect from the unexpected.

This post is going to stand up on certain things we really know it but we ignore what we see because we feel comfortable, and when we feel fully comfortable, we ignore matters of any large negative consequences. Let’s get started;

We are largely animals in our behaviours and that our understanding of matters is not of any large consequences in the way we act.

Consequently, we can see it in the behaviour of people, many smokers know what they ate doing is very dangerous, yet they continue doing it because visibly their cognition is of no big impact on their behaviours, like getting someone harmed by cancer or any relative diseases relates to smoking, the idea is that they believe the probabilities that apply to others, don’t apply to them. Here we go for another example which it is about eating fast food, we know how much it is harmful, if we keep continually eating from those restaurants which they serve food to customers with high calories contains. Again, because we feel too comfortable and healthy, we don’t see the worst consequences that it may happen to us, therefore, we scorn what we don’t see, we take a lot of risks, for sure because we don’t see them because of being healthy. In other words, we are able to predict what’s unexpected from further consequences, it is like we buy hundred dollar for membership to some gyms but we show up only three times a week. if we quite understand how much that bad behaviour will tremendously affect us. This discussion is to clarify that we have no protocol of behaviour and this is far more dangerous than those physical diseases. Hence, the probabilistic blindness we have is an equivalent mental illness far more sever than diabetes and obesity.

Finally, learn from your general experience which you are always ignoring it. Many things can be avoided due to our past knowledge. Don’t ignore and have a healthy life, not only food but risks-bearing by thinking too seriously about it. If you someday intended to live in cave and in that cave where you want to stay there is a tiger, off course you won’t enter and run away because you want to save your life.

Thanks for reading.

Peace!
